• Give the entire home a thorough cleaning: vacuum, mop, dust, and make all beds.

Kitchen

• Completely clear kitchen countertops; remove small appliances and personal items.

• Wipe down all surfaces for a clean, polished look.
   

Living & Dining Areas

Entryways & Storage

• Hide all shoes, jackets, pet items, and bags in closets or storage areas.
   
• Remove visible clutter from entry tables and mudrooms.

• Ensure all ceiling fans are turned off during photography.

• Professional landscaping is ideal, but not required—just keep the exterior clean, trimmed, and simple.

• Sweep porches, decks, walkways, and the driveway.
   

Driveway & Vehicles

• Remove all vehicles from the driveway and avoid parking directly in front of the home.

• Hide or remove children’s toys, sports equipment, bicycles, and pet items.
